As part of efforts to strengthen Producer Organisations (POs), the ADSWAC Project held training sessions for members of agricultural management committees in the areas of Caila and Savate headquarters.

In Caila Commune, the training brought together 41 members of management committees, including 23 women and 18 men, among them presidents, secretaries, and treasurers of the participating organisations. The activity was attended by the Deputy Communal Administrator, the Head of the Agriculture Section, and representatives of the local Social Action services.

The training aimed to strengthen the capacities of committee members for more efficient, sustainable, and participatory management of the agricultural activities carried out by the Producer Organisations.

At Savate headquarters, the second day of training was held with the participation of the Municipal Director of Agriculture. The session brought together presidents, secretaries, and treasurers from 15 Producer Organisations, with a total of 47 participants, including 20 women and 27 men.
