ADSWAC Strengthens Agricultural Management Committees in Caila and Savate

As part of efforts to strengthen Producer Organizations (POs), the ADSWAC Project conducted training sessions for members of agricultural management committees in Caila and Savate.

In Caila Commune, the training brought together 41 committee members, including 23 women and 18 men. Participants included presidents, secretaries, and treasurers of the participating organizations. The activity was attended by the Deputy Administrator of the Commune, the Head of the Agriculture Section, and representatives of the local Social Action Department.

The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of committee members to ensure more efficient, sustainable, and participatory management of agricultural activities carried out by the Producer Organizations.

In Savate, the second day of training took place with the participation of the Municipal Director of Agriculture. The session brought together presidents, secretaries, and treasurers from 15 Producer Organizations, with a total of 47 participants, including 20 women and 27 men.
